Hi Everyone,

Just a quick note to say “Thank you” for a fabulous year with your children and for the help and support you have given to me, as well as the support you have given your children at home and at school.

It will be a very exciting start next year in our new school and I look forward to seeing you all after the holiday break. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope you all enjoy your holiday break.

Great progress at our new school

It was great  to see the progress that has been made at our new school. The roof has been put on and we could see that some windows had been put in.

Beach Day on PhotoPeach Thank you to all the parents and helpers at our Beach day. It was a great day and we wouldn't be-able to go without your support.

Junior School Assembly

The Junior School loved sharing their learning on Friday. It was great to see you there.

There has been lots of progress on our school site. One part of the school has the new roof on it.

Holli showed us how bath salts dissolve very quickly in warm water.

It was really interesting to see the changes to our school site this week. There was a lot of framing up and we could see the shape of the school.

Fair Stories by Room 3

On Sunday it was the school fair and I got to go on a Harley ride.  It was fun. I enjoyed the fair.  My favourite part was the Harley ride and I went on a pony ride. There was a big boys bouncy castle and that was fun too.    Hunter went on the same thing as me. Nathan took us.

In the weekend I went to the school fair. I went to the tombola. I got a princess book. I got sun burnt on my neck. Then I found Parys.  Then Parys and I went on the bungy run. I got a chocolate then I went to the chocolate wheel. I won two bears.

On Sunday we went to the school fair. I was excited. Mum did my nails, I had them in a pattern. It went blue, pink, yellow. I saw Parys. Parys took me to Treasure Island but there was nothing left.

On Friday we went and had a look at the progress being made on our new school site. It was great seeing the floor down and we saw some  insulation being put in.

Caleb's Science news

Caleb showed us how oil floats on top of water and when he added a tablet to the mix we could see the bubbles getting trapped in the oil.

All Black's on the Taieri

Yippy. It was the St Mary’s Fair. I loved it. My Mum was doing Bear Cookies. I bought some cotton-candy. Boyd and I went on the ponies. It was his first time riding on a pony. He also got a lion teddy and a book. I iced a bear cookie. My favourite thing was Money Golf because I won $5 cash. I also got a ball with a harmonica. We saw some racing cars.

In the weekend it was the school fair. It was fun. I got three lucky dips. The last time that I went to Treasure lsland I got a ring and I got my nails done. They were pink.
