Frogs

All of our tadpoles have now changed into frogs and been released.
Thank you to Scott, Anna and Harris for giving us the chance to see the changes take place and have a great learning experience.

Caritas

Our focus this term for Caritas is "water" for people in the Pacific Islands who don't have clean water.
Room 5 decided they would use the words "clean flowing water" as motivation to fund raise.
We have already completed our "c" and some of our "l".
What a great start.

Swimming - Week 1

The children have really enjoyed working on improving their swimming skills this week. We have also focused on road safety to and from the pool.

Evie explained all about how caterpillars eat foods like swan plant that are poisonous to their predators.

A busy weekend for Room 5!

Congratulations to Bella for doing so well at Athletics on Saturday and also to Kael for swimming a personal best.

Kael's experiment

Kael's experiment looks very cool and you can see how the two colours have soaked up and mixed together up the middle to make the new colour green.

We have a chrysalis in Room 5 now. The caterpillars are chomping their way through our swan plant.

Players of the Day

Well done to Mya for winning Player of the Day for Flippa ball and Barrett for winning Player of the Day for Cricket.
